Cute name, huh?! Well, I must highlight an awesome Etsy seller, Leigh-Ann @ Freckled Nest. Not only is she sugar sweet, she creates such CUTE things!

I purchased this photobooth book and love it. When's the last time you were in a photobooth? It was probably when your mom dropped you off at the movies & you and your friends were killing time before it started. Ok, well that's my answer anyways. :) I loved it...we would just keep taking photos over & over again! I remember laughing my head off...it was fun.

I can't wait to take some photos & put them in this book. Especially now w/ our son....you NEVER know what you're gonna get when you're taking photos of kids...so this will be very entertaining!

Something new...

Hello friends!

Happy Tuesday. Or is it Wednesday? My days are a blur. Oh no wait, it's Tuesday (I'm a nerd) because today a really great cd is out by an artist named Kari Jobe. A lot of you may already know her & her music well, but in the event you don't you should definitely take a listen. I've been enjoying it for a couple weeks now, but that's only because a good friend of mine manages her & gave us a sneak peek and I'm so happy he did! It's really made my week. In fact, I have a dear friend who's going through a tough time....her mother is battling a sickness that just kinda showed itself up. Her family has been on my heart this last week and it's been awesome to be so encouraged by Kari's music. God's been reminding me that nothing is impossible for him. Nothing. How refreshing is that?! Her music is good for your soul. A must have........so go download it! ;)

A friend of mine who's close to Kari asked me to create a poster to give to Kari & include the lyrics to the song You Are For Me, which happens to be Kari's favorite song off the new record. So, I did and thought I'd share it with you. Be encouraged today...nothing is impossible for our God!

Party's are oh-so-fun!

We celebrated our son's FIRST birthday this past weekend and had an awesome time! Many of you have noticed I've been MIA for the past few weeks, but that is because I'd been slaving away preparing for this big day! It was great & he had a wonderful time...as far as I could tell. ;) Didn't touch the cupcake we put in front of him...wanted nothing to do with it. In fact, he got a little icing on his finger and was trying to fling it off. So funny! Hey...what can I say, my kid doesn't like sugar. I'll enjoy it while it lasts. ;)

Well, I wanted to share a really fun creation I made for the party that I think you may love to do! I made TONS of pompoms out of tissue paper and used them to decorate the ceiling in our house. I got the how-to from Martha...that talented little gem, she is. Here's a little peek at what they looked like...

   

Not only did I have fun making those beauties, I enjoyed making his party hat & delicious cupcakes. I found the CUTE cupcake liners from Bake It Pretty. These liners would inspire anyone to bake a dozen!
