TuneTees Gone Country

Ok, before I start typing what this post is actually about...has anyone been watching that show "Gone Country?" I'm trying to decide if I think it's pretty clever or really bad. Hmm...

Onto the news...

Some friends & I have a music-inspired apparel line, called TuneTees. Our awesome Rockstar tee is going to make it's debut on CMT this weekend! Allison DeMarcus (who's married to Jay from Rascal Flatt's) is a huge fan of our line. She's a host on the CMT Insider show & is going to be wearing it on the episode that airs this Saturday! The episode airs on 3/22 @ NOON central. So, if you're at home gettin' your country on, tune into the show! Our sweet friend, Mandy, is wearing the tee Allison will have on during the show. We're excited!

We also have another fan of TuneTees. Sheryl Crow totally loves the shirts!! Yes, you read that correctly. ;) Along with a quote for advertising our line, she's posting a link to TuneTees on her website. SO awesome! She has a new album, Detours, that's out now. Go take a listen!!

P.S. I kinda want Marsha Brady or Bobby Brown to win. Better yet, become a duet. They are SO weird!

The mama that rocks

My husband recently gave me the cutest necklace ever and I just had to show y'all! Many of you are familiar with the Etsy store...a site to buy handmade items. I love searching this site for unique things & finding some really great designers. One of my favorite's is called Modern Mama. She has some CUTE stuff. Well, Mark was sweet & ordered me this adorable necklace...isn't it clever & cute?! 

Speaking of Etsy, I was watching Martha Stewart this morning and I saw a girl on the show demonstrating how to make these really fun little dolls. You know when you see someone you kinda recognize and wonder...where have I seen that person before? Well it happened this morning. I was like, oh my gosh, it's the girl from Inside the Black Apple blog! Alright...so I spend a little too much time in the blogging world, but I just felt like she was one of us...but um, she was on Martha Stewart! I found myself smiling and cheering her on like she was my friend. :)

Well on that psycho note, I'll sign off. But, not until I show off my little snow angel! Noah experienced his first big snow day here in Nashville this past weekend. His daddy made him this little mini snowman. I finally found a reason to open the prunes in our pantry. It's a shame I didn't have any carrots! ;)
